PAYMENT
PayPal is the prefered payment method,however if you would like to discuss other payment options and prices for formats not on the website please get in touch via the website contact details.
PACKAGING
Small Prints ie. up to A4 paper size (unframed and unmounted) are packed in sealed envelopes containing (in a secondary sealed cellophane sleeve),the artwork(s) with protective paper covering and backing card support.Other artwork such as larger sized prints,canvases,framed artwork etc. are outsourced and packaged in boxes or tubes to suit their format..
DISPATCH
Small Prints ie. up to A4 paper size (unframed and unmounted) are dispatched within 1 business day of a cleared payment via Royal Mail First Class Post (UK) and Royal Mail International Standard (NonUK).Other sizes and formats are outsourced and depending on format dispatched between 5-10 working days.On dispatch an email is sent confirming order details,reference number,name and destination address.
RETURNS
The return of artwork is accepted if after receiving the item the purchase is cancelled within 14 days and the artwork returned.(The buyer being responsible for postage and packaging).Upon receipt of the returned artwork the buyer will be refunded in full ( including the cost of postage and packaging) preferably via PayPal or other agreed payment option.
AUTHENTICITY/COPYRIGHT
Limited Edition applies to each format/size of reproduction.Paper prints are numbered,titled,signed and dated on the front.Canvases are signed on the front with all other details ie. title,number,date on the rear.All artwork is accompanied by a 'Thank You ' note and detailed receipt.Copyright remains with the 'artist'.Reproduction of the art requires the 'artist's'prior agreement.
